Our latest project is a group project which discusses real estate and development on the island of Maui, Hawaii. It doesn't seem like there's a place for people to discuss the many positive and negative aspects of Maui development
online. So we thought we'd be the first to really open it up in a focused way.
Please feel free to comment on articles, or even send us your own… Continue

With many people and even some of the members here looking for jobs and income, I thought that this might be an avenue to get your work published and some very good coin to boot.
Every book and movie poster has a picture or two on the front, back and inside covers and someone like you took those pictures. I would love nothing more than to see some of the ohana here featured on some of these covers.
This retreat and conference… Continue

I have trying to get good pictures of my Service Dog for a long time now. His name is Rocky and he's 2 1/2 year old pure breed German Shephard. I've tried taking pictures of him in different places and different cities to get that really great picture. It's hard for me to tell which picture is the best one because I'm too close to the subject. You can't just tell a dog, cat, horse or birds how to pose, lol.
I'm not authorized to start a contest here but I can make a challenge, right? Post… Continue

Over the last couple of years, I've watched the growing shift in advertising from print to web. There's good reason why many of my clients are cutting costs with magazines, brochures, and rack cards while increasing their web budgets.
Approaching your target client before they've left for the island is crucial for most Hawaii businesses these days. With internet advertising and promotion, you're saving all of the cost that goes into printing, as well as attracting your clients well… Continue

The new Sinners and Saints Movie website is finished. Thought I'd share a quick comp for the initial layout. It's primarily all Flash. Fun stuff. The movie is about a cop in post-Katrina New Orleans working some of the heaviest areas. It should be pretty gritty, so we're making the site gritty while remaining crisp at the same time.
The movie is in production right now! They just signed on Tom Beringer and Sean Patrick Flanery.

Many of you have asked us how to be promoted on the home page.
For those of you interested in promoting your photography on the first page of this site, we suggest building your image with your name
, or photography business name
, in one of the top corners. We suggest the top left corner, but the top right works too. Also, we'll only add it if it's built at 800 px by 590 px
like in the diagram. This way it fits perfectly.
